Delivery Time Frame
All digital subscriptions will be sent out within 1 business day of purchase. All in-stock items shipping from Springfield, IL offices will be sent out within 3 business days.
Cancellations will be accepted only until the item has been shipped. Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a refund by calling the Center of Business Management at 217.522.5512 ext 227 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the item is received at our office, it takes up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and may take 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Exception: Webinar recordings will not be accepted for returns.
Items must be returned at your own expense. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will be refunded the full postage cost, once your return is processed.
