Both the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and the Illinois Self Insurers’ Association strive to provide the Illinois business community with timely information to ensure employers are up-to-date for Workers’ Compensation issues. This confusing and often abused statute is one that employers and their employees need to be familiar with in order to stay in compliance.
