This seminar will explore the roles and responsibilities for supervisors that are entering into a new management role. This seminar will also make sure that supervisors have the proper knowledge to deal with employee complaints and how recognize those complaints. This Seminar will provide supervisors the confidence to identify harassment situations, recognize the warning signs regarding workplace violence, properly handle any harassment complaint, and attempt to eliminate harassment from the workplace.
