Join Labor Attorney Jeff Risch of SmithAmundsen LLC and special guest, Megan Drohan, a representative from Homeland Security, on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Attorney Risch and Megan will discuss ways to properly conduct a threat assessment to reduce the risk of workplace violence and employment lawsuits. The discussion will also include appropriate best practices an organization can plan for and take when responding to workplace violence.
