On-boarding, the process that follow hiring, is the approach a company takes to get new employees up-to-speed on their expected roles. At this workshop, Elaine Hand of Innerview Inc. will discuss Hiring and On-boarding strategies, both new and those from the past that still work. Looking outside the box to be more creative in our hiring and on-boarding processes and procedures. Realizing that the even before the hire, the impact using the proper tools and strategies will increase your ability for success.
