Judy Biggert, candidate for Congress in Illinois’ 11th Congressional District, issued the following statement today after receiving the endorsements of the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and Illinois Chamber of Commerce:
“I’m honored to have the support of the National Federation of Independent Business and the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, and their hardworking members,” said *Congresswoman Judy Biggert*.
“I have worked consistently with both of these outstanding organizations to fight for lower taxes, less spending, reasonable regulations, and a smaller, smarter federal government. Together, we can ensure that Congress implements pro-growth policies that will help spur private sector job-creation and get our economy moving again. Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy, and I look forward to continuing my work with the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and the National Federation of Independent Business in the years to come.”
“On the issues that matter to our members Judy Biggert has been one of the most dependable members of the Illinois delegation,” said *NFIB Illinois State Director Kim Clarke Maisch*. “Judy Biggert is always accessible, she listens to our concerns and she’s very thoughtful in the way she approaches all of the tough issues. Small business owners trust Judy Biggert and they’re going to work hard for her reelection.”
