New Laws Forum for Illinois Employers

It’s your opportunity to learn about the new federal and state laws and legal developments which will affect ALL Illinois employers in 2017 Register

All new topics for 2016 will include – New Wage and Hour Regulations for Exempt/Non-Exempt Employees (go into effect in December 2016) – New Government Enforcement Tactics – Update and Trends at the NLRB – New OSHA regulations – New Case Law Trends – Federal and Illinois Updates 

Join us for the 3rd Annual New HR Laws Forum co-presented by the Illinois Chamber of Commerce and the Illinois State Council Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
The New HR Laws Forum focuses on New Laws and New Legal Developments which will affect all Illinois employers in early 2017.  This forum features Illinois attorneys speaking on Illinois laws – Vice President of Government Affairs from SHRM speaking on federal laws – as well as representatives from Region 13 NLRB, OSHA, and US Department of Labor.

Keynote speaker will be announced soon.

Attendees will have plenty of opportunity to ask their questions at the end of the day with the panel discussion.  Sitting on the panel will be Jeff Risch, SmithAmundsen, LLC; Peter S Ohr, Regional Director, Region 13, NLRB; Kathy Webb, OSHA; Stephanie Dorning, US Department of Labor
