Provides that the Department shall charge an initial registration fee of $100 for small businesses and $200 for businesses that are not small businesses. Provides that the Department shall charge an annual fee of $25 for each registered small business and $50 for each registered business that is not a small business. Provides that the fees shall be deposited into the Illinois Chamber of Commerce Support Fund. This is NOT a Chamber initiative.
