Two important concepts in the new standard are those relating to risks and processes. The risk element addresses two organizational needs: making products and services that consistently meet the market needs, and developing business strategies that will sustain the organization. Awareness of the inherent risks creates the ability to avoid the avoidable and benefit from the opportunities. We will provide clear and straight-forward suggestions on how to address the risks in both your operations and your business environment.

The process approach to organizational management continues in the 2015 standard with greater emphasis. While the 2008 standard emphasized the documentation, this standard emphasizes the measureable outcomes.
