Taught by Richard Heller and Quality Training Institute Register

This webinar covers the requirements for making your documentation system do the work it
was intended to. Too often in the past, procedures have aged, become out of date and, at best, served to create opportunities for ISO auditors to issue findings. Organizations quickly find that most procedures become obsolete the day they get issued and don’t update them because the process is both demanding and non-productive.

In this one hour, live webinar, we address those issues demonstrating how to streamline your documented information system. We will cover the topics of identifying what needs to be documented and what doesn’t, the most effective format for documenting, and how to ensure that the entire system conforms to the new ISO 9001:2015 standard. Participants will receive a clear understanding of both the requirements of the standard as well as knowing how to make those requirements work for their organization. Q&A with the presenter is included.

Richard Heller, consultant and trainer, has trained, implemented, audited, and managed ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality systems for over a decade. He has over 40 years in the quality field and has a master’s degree in business and supervision from Purdue University.
