This workshop deals with those sensitive issues of dealing with personalities and generations as well as those difficult situations when working with internal and external customers/staff. We will have a Q & A session open to any and all questions you may have with working with various industries/attitudes/perceptions, etc. This is an interactive workshop designed for what you are concerned about with communication inside and outside of the workplace with your staff and clients.
