This is a full day live seminar that provides essential information for employers who operate in Illinois and Missouri and anyone who is interested in exploring the similarities and differences between the two states’ employment and labor laws. Attorneys from the Chicago and St. Louis offices’ labor and employment team of SmithAmundsen will examine litigation and employee dispute avoidance strategies and offer best practices that are in compliance in both states.
