Taught by Richard Heller Register
| Quality Training Institute, Inc.

This training program is geared toward helping pass the CMQ/OE exam for ASQ certification. However, wanting to take the exam is not a pre-requisite.  It prepares new, potential, and existing managers or directors seeking the recognized credentials from ASQ.

By covering the best practices of business, quality, problem solving, and continuous improvement, it allows you to create a solid, success oriented operation in any department, in any organization.  One participant called it his “MBA in a Week.”

You will learn to recognize the activities currently constraining your operations, determine the next improvement steps, and learn how to approach their implementations. Then, learn how to analyze these steps to continue the improvements.  These are skills necessary for every manager.

ASQ Requirements:

Requirements for the ASQ exam include at least 10 years of on-the-job experience in one of more of the areas of the CMQ/OE body of knowledge with at least 5 years in a decision-making position.  A previous management position is not essential.  Furthermore, college experience can be substituted for work experience.

This course will be taught to the latest CMQ/OE body of knowledge to prepare you for the newest exam version. The exam consists of 150 multiple choice questions along with two essay questions (in English). Candidates will also be provided with coaching on techniques that will help to select, compose, and complete the essays.
