NLRB rules will require that an employee rights poster be displayed at private sector work places effective November 14, 2011. This, and other NLRB rules expected soon, are likely to greatly increase union organizing activity.
A panel of attorneys experienced in representing employers in counter-organizing campaigns will discuss this subject and offer suggestions. Topics to be discussed are:
