Lisle, Illinois-based INEOS Bio (an Energy Council member) is building its first commercial-scale waste-to-bioenergy plant near Vero Beach, Florida.  How does it work?  How much biofuel and electricity will it produce? What do they expect to learn from this first plant?  Can they build one in Illinois?  How will these new clean tech technologies build out in the future?  We look forward to hearing the realities and opportunities of the technology, the economics and politics of waste-to-bioenergy generation.
