How to properly research and reduce your property’s taxes.
This session is specifically designed to show commercial property owners how they can build rapport with assessors and research/appeal their property’s taxes every year to guarantee they are minimizing spending. The session will help taxpayers of all types of properties, including apartment buildings, multi-units, strip malls, factories, and office buildings. Training session comes with a workbook manual so you can do the appeal independently.
