Webinar: Problem Solve Anything Successfully

December 14, 2016
Laurie Silvey

Taught by Richard Heller and Quality Training Institute Register

Problems are everywhere, whether at work, at home, or in between! Most of the time we fail
to even recognize that something is a problem. Instead, we walk around it, avoid it, ignore it, or pretend it never happened. Problems come in two categories . . . those outside of your area of influence and those within it. Unfortunately, most of us don’t make a distinction between the two and waste time dealing with the first and spend no time with the second.

This webinar is geared towards the workplace, but the tools and techniques are applicable anywhere. This one-hour, live webinar addresses both types, creating a template for the participant to distinguish between the two, and then provides tools to address those problems that are solvable. Using a modification of the Deming PDCA cycle, the participant will be able to assess any situation, evaluate the improvement opportunities, and implement an appropriate corrective action. Q&A with the presenter is included.

Having worked in both process and product industries, foods, chemicals, packaging, metals, and plastics, Richard Heller brings his 40 plus years of experience to the webinar. He has a master’s degree in business and is a certified six-sigma green belt, black belt, quality engineer and quality manager.
