Ill. Chamber Joins U.S. Chamber to Announce Dismal State Ranking

The U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Legal Reform has released the 2015 state rankings on legal climates, and Illinois is close to last place. Illinois ranks 48th this year, lower than the 46th spot it held in 2012. The ILR, along with Gov. Bruce Rauner, Ill.
